Try before you buy

Genlock Studio Free exists so you can evaluate the software fully on your own hardware before spending anything. We encourage you to use it first.

14-day refund window

If Genlock Pro is not working out, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it — no questionnaire, no hoops. Studio pack refunds within the same window are handled the same way.

How to request one

Write to contact@brandflowr.com from the email you purchased with, including your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record.
