Who we are

This website and the Genlock Studio software are operated by Brandflowr AI LLC ("Brandflowr", "we"). By using the site or the software you agree to these terms.

Software license

Genlock Studio Free is licensed to you at no charge for use on your own hardware. Genlock Pro is a one-time-purchase perpetual license for the version you buy: no subscription, and the license does not expire. Studio packs license a stated number of seats within one organization. Licenses are non-transferable and do not permit redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering of the software.

Your content stays yours

Brandflowr claims no ownership of the projects, media, prompts, or outputs you create with the software. Because the software is local-first, your content never reaches our systems.

Third-party AI providers

The software can connect to AI model providers using API keys you supply. Your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for keys, usage costs, and complying with those terms.

Warranty and liability

The software and site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandflowr's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes to purchased licenses will not be applied retroactively.
